Integrated Care Summit 2023

Integrated care systems (ICSs) have been born into the mother of all storms, with political and economic instability, inflation, record waiting list numbers and severe staff shortages, coupled with industrial strike action.  

As integrated care boards (ICBs) and integrated care partnerships (ICPs) continue to grapple with a host of operational and strategic issues during deeply challenging times, the Integrated care summit will provide a space for inclusive and thought-provoking discussions on how system leaders across the country are tackling the key issues of:

• health and social care workforce capacity 
• the elective care backlog 
• health inequalities 
• discharge delays the cost-of-living crisis 
• performance and improvement.
